Art and Technology Blog Post 2

After watching Raul Cuero's interview and his opinions on creativity I thought back to my childhood and how I could apply the activities from my childhood that allowed me to enhance my creativity along with Cuero's opinions on what builds creativity in a person. I think a couple of the major ideas that I can easily incorporate in my day to day life are sharing more ideas and thoughts with people, observing the world as I know it with more purpose, and removing myself from entertainment so I have to create my own entertainment. I also think that I need to work on enjoying the process of creating more than the final product. I believe that sharing my thoughts and ideas is very important in building a good idea and even in getting more excited and inspired to actually go through with the idea to make it a reality. Art and Technology Blog Post 1

To start off this blog post I suppose that I should tell you a little about me. My name is Keri and I grew up in the west suburbs of Chicago, but I've been traveling along the East Coast since the fourth grade. I'm a sophomore and I'll be turning 20 in February. My major is Digital Arts, but I am mainly interested in animation. I don't really do much actually, I take care of my dog, workout, and go to class, that's it. I really like the Winter Olympics and just winter sports in general. I don't really have a lot of hobbies I guess. I first got into art when I was little and I would draw a lot and eventually got to use clay in my art classes in elementary school but I went through a phase of doubt if it was really worth it and spent most of high school without really knowing what I wanted to do for the rest of my life and that entire time for about 4 years, since I really didn't make an effort to draw from middle school till my junior year of high school, I
